Next-generation Leganza will hit Aussie shores this time round13 Oct 2003 A third-generation version of Daewoo's discontinued Leganza, known as the V300 series, is being readied for 2006. It will replace the V200 Magnus/Evanda sedan, an attractively designed four-door sedan that is barred from Australia due to its left-hand-drive only specification. GM Daewoo says it will not make the same mistake with the V300. According to GM Daewoo chief executive officer Nick Reilly, the company is yet to make a decision on whether to commit to a large car above the V300. "Obviously the next generation Holden Commodore and Statesman are contenders, but there is nothing more to add to that at this time," he said.
