News - NissanNissan reminds customers of 10-year warrantyLimited time remains for eligible Nissan customers to unlock 10-year/300,000km warranty8 Sep 2025 By MATT BROGAN NISSAN is urging all eligible customers to take advantage of its 10-year/300,000km warranty before the Re-Entry Health Check offer expires on 31 December 2025.
Owners who purchased a new Nissan vehicle between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2024 are able to extend their factory warranty coverage to match that new car buyers receive, provided their vehicle undergoes a $99 Re-Entry Health Check (inspection) at an approved Nissan service centre.
Nissan says more than 6500 owners have already taken advantage of the opportunity to extend their factory warranty coverage, and encourages others to seize upon the benefits offered under the Nissan More program.
“We are delighted that over 6500 customers have already recognised the value of returning to Nissan’s service network,” said Nissan Oceania director of aftersales Michael Hill.
“They’re now enjoying the peace of mind that comes with knowing their vehicle is protected by Australia’s most comprehensive warranty program.”
Mr Hill said that when customers return to Nissan’s service network, they are not just extending their warranty – they are ensuring their vehicle receives the expert care only Nissan dealers can deliver.
Nissan Genuine Service provides factory-trained technicians, genuine parts specifically engineered for each model, and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities that keep vehicles running at their optimal performance.
“Our genuine service approach means customers can have complete confidence in their vehicle’s ongoing performance and reliability,” he explained.
“When you combine this with our extended warranty coverage, it represents unparalleled value and protection for Nissan owners.”
Mr Hill said it was important Nissan customers understood the “substantial benefits” that come as part of the Nissan More program.
As well as ensuring only genuine parts are used on customer vehicles, the program ensures coverage of any Nissan Genuine Accessories fitted to the vehicle, and expert care by trained Nissan technicians.
To ensure your Nissan is eligible for extended warranty coverage, simply book a Re-Entry Health Check at any authorised Nissan dealer before 31 December 2025.
Ensure all scheduled services within your vehicle’s first five years are up to date and keep all future services within 3000km or 60 days of any future scheduled service interval.
“We have designed this process to be as accessible as possible,” added Mr Hill.
“The modest cost of the health check and return to our service network delivers years of valuable protection and expert care.”
The Nissan More extended warranty coverage is fully transferable to future owners, adding another layer of value protection for when it comes time to sell or trade the vehicle.
Eligible customers can contact any authorised Nissan dealer across Australia to discuss their Re-Entry Health Check and begin securing their extended warranty coverage today.
